Auction Terms:
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior
to bidding. A preview is offered before every auction, please inspect
all items fully before you bid.
All payment must be made day of sale.
All items need to be removed at the time of sale. If you need additional
time, we will arrange it so that someone will be at the auction
barn on the next day.
All announcements auction day, by auctioneer, take precedence
over all prior releases, verbal or written, concerning all
auctions.
All bids Verbal, Online and absentee are a binding contract You must pay for all winning bids.
A buyers premium of 10% will be charged on all sales, unless otherwise noted in the opening statements by the auctioneer. Sales tax will be charged on top of the buyers premium unless you have a valid resale number. You can down load the Georgia sales tax exemption form here.
Foxfire Auctions shall not be responsible in any manner for any type of damages of any items once they have been purchased by the buyer. Keep your items close and well protected.
The auctioneer is in charge of the auction and has the final say in
any and all bids or problems arising within the auction.
